Every Day is Caturday.

Just a few photos of Chocolat and Marmalade…

‘In ancient times cats were worshipped as gods; they have not forgotten this.’ – Terry Pratchett.

mandc1“And how do you know that you’re mad? “To begin with,” said the Cat, “a dog’s not mad. You grant that?” I suppose so, said Alice. “Well then,” the Cat went on, “you see a dog growls when it’s angry, and wags it’s tail when it’s pleased. Now I growl when I’m pleased, and wag my tail when I’m angry. Therefore I’m mad.” – Lewis Carroll.

chocolat2‘Cats can work out mathematically the exact place to sit that will cause most inconvenience.’ – Pam Brown.

mandc2‘Madame Lefoux accepted a cup of tea and sat on another little settee, next to the relocated calico cat. The cat clearly believed Madame Lefoux was there to provide chin scratches. Madame Lefoux provided.’ – Gail Carriger, Changeless.

…Happy belated Caturday!

Beautiful companions 🙂 Somehow I don’t think I’d take liberties with Chocolat – she has that glint in her eye I’m all too familiar with!

Oh yes, she’s can be grumpy and everything has to be on her terms. She’s also very gentle though 🙂

  3. Beautiful cats!!! I have a Black cat named Shadow. She loves hiding under the bed or sofa or table where everything is dim…hence the name 🙂

Marmalade looks really calm and collected. I’m not sure about Chocolat though…hahaha. Something in those stares…the eyes says it all!!!
