My Geek Side

My Inner-Geek:

♥ Loves Anime films – been watching a lot of anime recently, like Tekkonkinkreet, Summer Wars and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. My man has just put Princess Mononoke on because even though its on TV (dubbed), he would rather watch it in Japanese with subtitles.

♥ Adores StarWars and StarTrek. Either, not one or the other. Especially Voyager. I love all of the Star Wars films, even Episode I.

♥ Watches Ugly Betty and Glee. I’m obsessed with Glee, almost as much as I was obsessed with Ugly Betty.

♥ Enjoys Dr Who. Watched the new episode with Dan on Saturday. It was good. Much better than the Christmas special.

♥ Prefers Harry Potter to Twilight. Even though Twilight has its time and place!

♥ Loves The Goonies, Jurassic Park and Back to the Future. Oh, and Indiana Jones. And dubious 80’s stuff.

♥ Gets excited about new technology. Even if its been around for a while.

♥ Desperately wants a Mac but is quite happy with her laptop, which is ‘getting on a bit’.

♥ Gets obsessed with Supernatural fantasy series – in book form or on TV.

♥ Loves Twitter and Tumblr but hates Facebook. And is quite happy to list the merits of both of them.

♥ Could spend hours on the internet reading blogs, articles and tumblr-ing.

♥ Loves making lists instead of writing well thought out posts with interesting photos. Because lists satisfy some latent inner organised geek gene.
